3DCeram expose son savoir-faire au salon EPHJ

3DCeram attends to the new edition of EPHJ fair from 11 to 14 June, in Geneva. This is an ideal time to introduce two new collections of rings that illustrate the expertise of the company and a new manufacturing service based on injection technology proposed in partnership with the ERMO company, specialized in multi-cavity precision molds.
EPJH is a major annual event to discover the expertise of the most sophisticated experts in the field of watchmaking and jewelery. By exploiting a unique technology applied to ceramic, the stereolithography (ceramic 3D printing), 3DCeram allows stylist teams of watchmaking and jewelery players to explore new creative paths, enjoying the exceptional qualities of the ceramic.
Shocased at the show, two collections created by Ratinaud jeweler in Limoges illustrate the unique possibilities offered by this technology. The Pied de Poule collection combines strength, purity and smoothness of the ceramic to the delicacy of the enamel ancient technology while Brindille collection, draws its inspiration from nature and takes benefit of the exceptional potential of 3D printing to mimic.
In addition to the opportunities offered by the ceramic 3D printing, the company offers a new manufacturing service based on injection technology and dedicated to large series. Relying on ERMO company’s expertise in developing precision molds, 3DCeram’s on demand manufacturing department can accompany customers throughout the development of their project, from the choice of the ceramic to the production series, through the rapid development and implementation of a prototype.
